Budget Information

As required by the Michigan Department of Education, Carrollton Public Schools adopts a budget resolution for all revenues and expenditures that are projected to occur throughout the year. The original budget must be adopted by June 30th for the following year. Additional budget amendments are then completed periodically throughout the year (at a minimum of twice) as projections change with additional information received (example: student count, foundation allowance, etc.).

Attached in Excel format below are the original budget and any amendements that have been adopted to-date. Any questions regarding these budgets can be addressed to Janet Swanson, Director of Finance, either through the contact information on this web page or by phone at 754-1475, ext. 562.

Audit Information

The Carrollton Public Schools has an independent audit firm examine its financial information annually and produce the district financial statements in the form on an audit report.
